Yes to match my workflow. For example, I created a custom map for Vacuum because I like hearing what OSC 1 & 2 sound isolated then to blend, so I included Mix 1 & 2 with the OSC section. I also re-mapped the LFO Rate to the Modulation section. That's how I like to personally work, this is not a reflect of the default plug-in maps.

Maybe but it's a MIDI Controller not a Control Surface and will not map plug-ins with out MIDI Learn, which are by the way lost when closing a session.

No. So much more than that my friend.

No. Both the Axiom Pro and 002 are supported side by side.

I also agree though the comparison I'll make is that between a Casio PX-700 and Axiom Pro. Where the PX-700 was purposely brought to capture dynamic performances and I find the action of Axiom Pro similar though not as heavy however certainly no acoustic upright but still very playable, especially synth-based creations where a softer action is suited, IMO.

Hmm that Frontier Design AlphaTrack looks really cool..

Maybe I'll Do this:
Yamaha s90 for keyboard Triggers and loop through sounds
Frontier Design AlphaTrack for Transport and motorized fader
Yamaha RX15 for Drum machine triggers if needed... but i don't think the buttons are touch sensitive..

I was looking for something a little smaller then the 88 key S90 but the feel is the best I've used(and i already own it) and the separate transporter thing would be nice because its smaller on right on my desk or where ever i want it.

thanks for the info guys..

P.S. anyone knwo if the Yamaha RX15 will interface with PT8 with out any problems? or will i have to program the entire thing to work.
