Qcon Pro?
Good morning:
I am considering getting one of these for PT 10 / 11 (and maybe Reaper and Cubase as well). It has Mackie HUI protocol. At $749 and in a sturdy aluminium case, it is certainly an attractive package. Qcon Pro?
I would second that this looks really cool, like an X touch but not plastic
Is the only imitation to using HUI the amount of commands that can be used (and at a time)? is there any delay/lag in the faders back from the host software computer?

I got the unit several days ago, it looks absolutely stunning and is perfectly integrated with Pro Tools. I'll post pictures once I figured out how to do that on this website.

So if you have a post session with more than 9 sound effects tracks, and you label them SFX1 ...., once you get to SFX10, SFX11, etc., they are displayed as SFX1. I called iCon tech, they explained to me that the unit is able to display 6 characters in the LED strip, they haven't figured out what the issue is, may be Pro Tools related.
