Default Audio Suite questions

Ok, I'm feeling really stupid now, I went to a track I'm working on and it keeps locking up the pc becuase i have too many plugins. How do I use the Audio Suite I have never used it and I've had a 001 for well over a year. Damn I feel really dumb right now. Anyway any body wanna tell a moron how to use this or where I can find instructions on using it? My Reference guide is vary vauge on this subject.

save the plug-in settings.
select the audio you want to effect.
then select audio suite plug-in, recall the saved settings, and hit process.

if at first you dont succeed, undo and try again.

ps you can make a plug-in inactive by clicking on it while holding 'Ctrl' and the 'Win' button. This will free up resources immediately

how you like the motif rack? the piano sound good? Do you use the software?

I own the EX-5, but have been thinking of investing into the motif rack.

Well every time I select a track and bring up the audiosuite I set the parameters I wnat on it (IE: long delay set at 256ms ) then hit the process button but it doesn't sound any different . I've tried it with all the audio suite plugs but to no avail. I usually go to the deit page and "grab" a track or highlight the part I want the select the suite plug the hit procesess. Am I doing this right or does this soud wrong to you?

Oh BTW I absolutely love the motif rack. I do not use the software though I just use it as one bad azz sound module with my MPC as the sequencer and my sy as a midi board.
