It isn't just Waves for sure. In the "Waves automation parameters gone" thread, I posted a problem were I had disappearing PitchBlender automation parameters on an HD-3 Accel system that doesn't have any Waves plugs installed. It only has the HD 6.0 bundle, Massive Pack 4 bundle and the latest DigiRack stuff.

The system: Dual 2.0 G5, 10.3.8, PT 6.9.1cs3, cards in the computer.
