Long delay before recording starts playback.

Not really a problem, but I'm curious why its doing it now. Never used to before.

When I hit 3 to start recording there is like a 4 or 5 second delay before playback actually starts. Only when I go into record.

Only started doing this recently.

Check and see if you have activated count in or pre-roll accidentally as that sounds like that type of behaviour. You can do that by expanding the transport bar or inder options or settings in PT

Ahh! So obvious, I should have known that. Don't have Pro Tools launched right now but I'm sure thats it. Thanks.
