Strange ilok problem???
Ive never encounted this before. but for some reason my ilok 1 is not recognised when i try to log in to ilok website i get the message 'there is a problem with your account contact support at ilok'
never had this before and pro tools sees all my licenses when i load it up with the ilok connected so to me its still working ok if im right. ive tried a different browser, downloaded all the recent drivers and ilok software but i still get this problem. Anyone out there shed some light on this

Don't use any browser that are 64 bit, saying just in case. Using IE 9 32 bit, I didn't have a problem with the ilok 1's I have.
