Facing Troubles And Need An Advice
Hello People :)
I've purchased in April an Mbox 2 Package which costed me around 750$ in my country. I registered the stuff and everything and benefitted from downloading the Pro Tools LE 7.4. However, I have a Toshiba laptop A200-204 with the following specs: Core2 Duo 2.2 Ghz 4 Gb DDR2 Ram SATA Drive 200 Gb and a Windows Vista 64 Bit !!!!! The package never worked actually. I used it on another laptop with the same specs but with Vista 32 Bit !! It worked but it was really really slow !!!! i had to settle with 1024 Samples to get to run Xpand !!! and still i heard some clicks and noise and Pro Tools gave me some msgs that i should use higher buffer. I dont know what to do ?? First what should i do with Vista 64 bit ??? Say I wait for the release of a 64 bit driver will i have to pay extra charges too more than I paid actually ??? plus what should I do to get to run my Pro Tools smoothly with at least 512 samples and get to run everything in it smoothly with no messages... I am really disappointed. Let me know please if anyone has something to say Thank you |
