Can't Zoom in to Sample Level

Hi Everyone,
I did a search and couldn't find this so I apologize if it's already been covered. I'm trying to remove some clicks and mouth noises from some dialog lines and I can't zoom into the sample level to draw them out. Anyone know of any preference or bug that would not allow me to zoom into the sample level?

I'm using Pro Tools 7.4cs2 on OS 10.4.10 (I know it's not qualified). Digi 002R, DV Toolkit 2, PowerMac G5 Dual 2.0 Ghz.

I had this happen once a while ago, I think deleting PT prefs takes care of it.

Thanks for the quick reply, unfortunately that didn't seem to help. I'll try again later. I still have the prefs in my trash, though I don't think that would make a difference.

Do you have a video track and your timeline is very long?
That's a known bug. Although it's supposedly being fixed in 7.4...
Do a search on "+zoom +sample"

Thanks for your help, Felix. Unfortunately that's it. I was hoping that it was user error on my part, but it looks like this bug is still around in 6.4. I have a video track with five Movies on it and a very long timeline.

Oh well.

Hi guitarmongoose,
Even with 5 movies and a long timeline you should be able to fix this problem.
In Preferences under Display change the Edit Window Default Length to something much shorter (eg. the actual length of your timeline). It is probably set to something like 12:00:00:00 (if you use TC).
