Mac Mini 2018, Mojave 10.14.6 - Pro Tools instantly and invariably crashes when loading the "Preferences" window.
Tried a restart. Haven't attempted anything more extreme like trashing prefs or a full uninstall/reinstall of PT or the OS. I'd prefer to roll back to 2021.7 if it comes to it.

Big one for me… was editing audio on a target playlist and the graphics got all weird - the waveform disappeared and edit points were showing incorrectly. I clicked one of the ‘blank’ clips and PT crashed. Never seen that one before…

Dynamic Plugin processing works only on mono tracks........supposed to be fixed with 2021.10 but is not...

2010.0 and Beat Detective
Been working on generating tempo maps from some solo piano recorded without a click. After installing this update I'm getting constant error messages about cannot create a bar/beat marker because too close or far from a neighboring marker to create a valid tempo. This was not happening before. Help.....

Plugin Alliance plugins do not work still in 2021.10. When the plugin window is open, graphics and meters get glitchy to the point of not being useable, both in Pro Tools and the plugin window.

Not a biggie but PT 2021.10 creating a new playlist on single non grouped track doen't open the name edit window anymore but auto-renames.
Edit: seems to be fixed after thrashing the preferences, plugin list and all other cache files from previous 2021.7 version.
