Exclamation What is the best way to run Aux tracks with PT9

Ok so as i understand it there are some issues with the ADC and aux tracks…..

Im sure avid and some other people don't think this is an issue (they probably know something we don't) and then there are some people that are convinced that this is a long standing bug with aux tracks……

Problem is i run all my tracks to aux stems and mix from there…..

is this a good way to set up everything??? am i causing more problems???

I guess the question comes from I don't understand how PT treats the AUX tracks…….

Any input would be appreciated…….Thanks.

I f everything goes thru an AUX, then all should be in alignment. I use a stereo AUX for parallel drum compression and have never heard any phasing or latency issues here(but YMMV).

Why Is It A Problem? I Might Be Missing Something, Are The Aux Stems Outputted To A Mixing Console? Your Worried About The ADC Being Different For Each Aux Stem?

Personally, I Never Worry About That Stuff... It's Weather The Song Is Any Good ")

On The Other Hand, If It's Messing With Your Work Flow Or, Your Getting Complaints From Client About Basics.. Well, Bounce Stems From The Master Fader, Pull Em Up In Another Session.

Well I never really put any thought into it either I just expected it to work - but I thought I had read that 9 processes aux track and or the master fader differently in respect to ADC?

I will have to read up on that again
