Attempting to update to 10.2
I am currently running version 10 without problems, and I have downloaded 10.2 to update my system. I understand that I need to uninstall my current version before updating, but this is where my issue begins.
When I look under Applications/Digidesign/Pro Tools--the only folder that is present is MIDI IO. Inside of the MIDI IO folder are the MIDI IO firmware updater and MIDI Setup applications. There is no Pro Tools uninstall icon on my system. Why don't I have the uninstaller on my system? Is there another way to uninstall the software? Can someone advise me please? Usually the un-installers come with the installer packages.

i installed mine right over top of 10...its working fine, albiet a little more sluggish in its behavior
