Default Account Locked Out

Can anyone here unlock my Avid account? I just installed Pro Tools and my account is locked out so I can't use the software.

Thanks,
Dale

Default Re: Account Locked Out

Hi

As this is a user forum you need to contact Avid via email or phone. If you have a annual support plan then it is free otherwise you need to buy a ASC ticket.

Just for clarity, what do you mean by locked out? Is your Avid Master Account locked or is it something else? If it is then what happened, did it work earlier?
