From 96Khz to CD
As we take hungry peeks at the coveted 96Khz (192?) recording platform, one issue comes to mind for those who, like me, use Pro Tools as a self-contained universe (tracking, mixing, mastering happening virtually in the same 44.1Khz/24bit session). The same issue remains also for the rest of us who wish to get out of Pro Tools and eventually need to conform to the current standard (44.1Khz CDs). I'd like to explore different conversion scenarios, especially one where it would be possible (with no substantial quality sacrifice) to convert a Pro Tools 6 (?) 96Khz session mix to CD's 44.1/16bit. Thank you.

Re: From 96Khz to CD
I'm sure there's an option on your Apogee AD9600SE Mk2 somewhere (Because BTD still sucks in ProTools6.1).
