Loyalty rewards not in my account

I'm trying to find some of the loyalty rewards that have been advertised to me by email but I cant find them in my account :

• Pro Sound Effects | Foley Essentials
• Convology XT Plates

Anyone from Avid can help me?

I have an active Support Plan for Pro Tools Ultimate. My account is tied to the same email address than my DUC profile.

Also, how to write to support for such matters?

Your active product includes support. That's accessed through the Support Center link in my.avid.com or by calling in with your product's System ID. I noticed your Support Center link is not enabled, so will note that in your case to get that fixed as well.

That explains why I couldn’t find a way to write to support. I had the impression that phone support was reserved for technical issues, not account related issues.
