is it okay to leave my c|24 on and turn it on and off from the furman power strip?

i asked masterlink studios and he said his psu went bad because of that.
so i guess not

I think the may have been coincidence. Most gear can be left on continuously and it may even extend the life of the unit, as power cycling and the power surges and heat changes to components that come with it are believed to be a contributor to component failure.

The question isn't about leaving it on continuously, it is, can you leave the power supply "on" and use a power condition as your master switch.
