No products on my account
I just bought a second hand Pro Tools 10 package with DVD's and I tried to download my software via Avid account. The problem is that there isn't any product on the download section. It seems that it's already register (I have the yellow card)but can't see it on products. I want to upgrade to PT12, so I suppose that I must have already something on my products section. Licence on Ilok is fine . Seller gave his Avid account info and I changed the email. What can I do?

Welcome to the Community
If you login to the avid account and look under my products and subscriptions it should be there under a tab with PT10 on it. A sidenote - in order to upgrade from 10 to 12 you only need the license on the ilok key. You also need an ilok2 not the green keyshaped one. Which ilok do you have?
