Password reset won't work
Just got protools 12 but can't get into my avid account. Followed reset link avid sent and entered new password but it won't work. Tried many times. Sigh....

Thanks for quick response. Tried with Chrome this time instead of Safari. Still won't let me.

The account using your community email address is not locked, but I reset it again. Please try once more and we'll open a support case if that doesn't help.
