yeah, he updated the installers, but no change in version #, so be sure to trash old ones before you re-download.

Yes, please update your plug-ins if you were an early adopter. Now that these have stabilized, let's take a look at a few of the changes:

Pro Tools: EQ Curves for EQuality and EQuick
S6: EQ Curves for EQuality and EQuick

EQuality now has an expanded pagetable when accessing it via Insert Parameters (Teal) which provides HP & LP plus 6 bands on page 1. Page 2 contains all the filters plus IO controls.

EQuick also features an expanded pagetable via Insert Parameters which allows access to up to 32 bands of EQ on multiple pages.

Compassion, in addition to the standard Dynamics (Green) mappings includes an expanded page under Insert Parameters which allows access to more of the advanced parameters.

There are still some issues being addressed including the state of the 'IN" LED's on EQ bands. Avid is working with DMG to get these resolved.

One thing you might want to check; if you click through to that link, then click "see all tutorials" and try to use the filter by product, there's no filter for "S6".
