I understand your frustration. This is a USER forum however and your posts are just going to irritate other users. If you want to get Avid's attention, contact Customer Service (as opposed to Tech Support). Good luck.

B/c I have contacted them today via email as well . Nothing ! I waited on the phone for a couple of hours and cancelled session yesterday b/c of this . So just don't open this thread man . I'm sorry but this is for them to see . If you don't want this all over the forum then I don't know what to tell you . I need a response from them ! It's the principle now ! They took all of my info over the phone and said they would get back to me in a half hour . Even if they couldn't resolve the issue they could have sent me an email expressing this !

Look...if the licenses are on your iLok, just load the installers. Any idiot can find the installers with a 3 second Google search. I've personally posted links to the installers on your other threads.
Meanwhile, what do you expect to accomplish by posting over and over again?
From what I read on your other posts, the only issue you have is a lack of knowledge in how to install plug-ins.

All I was saying was that this is a user forum, not tech support. DCS may happen on your message here, but you can be sure of contact by picking up the phone and venting there.

I already contacted them in every which way possible . If they are still not going to respond after taking the proper steps ( for days ) then this is the step I have to take . I don't understand the forum being " annoyed " . Just skip my thread if you're on here all of the time ! I'm not going to keep getting brushed over when I have a valid problem on a supported cpu that has been tested and optimized b/c a few forum people will get annoyed . I appreciate what you are saying to me dragon but I'm getting furious after losing money yesterday waiting for a call back / email .

Whatever is available for download on the Avid site is the latest version of the plugin. That's all there is to it.

If you fully read the threads you'd see there is no lack of knowledge what so ever . In fact , I've installed all of these successfully on 7.4 which had multiple updates / ignition pack updates / plug in updaters . Way more confusing than it is now with 9 ! If anything it should be easier . But these plugs are crashing a system that is normally running 70-90 tracks perfectly fine .

None of the (up to date) plugins that you have mentioned in your other threads crash my system at all.

Are there other plugins or software on your system that might be causing issues?

Really trying to help you here, but it's hard when you seem to be "fighting back" with everyone. I know you are upset about your experience with Tech Support, but... we aren't tech support. We're users that may have had similar problems and might be happy to help you solve yours.

All of the plugs that I have installed right now are paid / legit / avid plugs and are all up to date . I took off waves / mcdsp / sonnox / soundtoys just to be able to suss this out ! If you read my og thread below you'll see that I wasn't " fighting back with anyone until I stated getting the same guys who cry " you don't know what you're doing " . And they can't seem to keep themselves from commenting when all I'm trying to do is bump ! No bs , no s##t talking . Just trying to get tech support attention . I have used EVERY OTHER OPTION .
