Default registered Omni but no digilink license

I bought a new Avid Omni and registered it but I didn't get a Digilink license. I need it as my HDN isn't being recognized in PTHD 2018.1

Enter a support case through your account, I expect it will be faster.

I did enter a support ticket and Avid did contact me back rather quickly. I have to resubmit some stuff for them which they should already have as I already registered the Omni. Somehow I think I am SOL. Also, how does one see the hardware associated to ones Avid account? I can see software all day long but no hardware.

Hi, I just registered a HDN PCIe card and PTHD perpetual subscription also. I thought out of those 3! items I registered I would have gotten the digilink i/o asset. But no.

what about this: Digilink i/o is included with the purchase of any new Avid HD interface (HD OMNI, HD MADI, HD I/O, Pro Tools | MTRX) as well as with hardware exchanges (e.g. HD TDM to HDX) starting on 9/28/2016.

I bought a NEW OMNI!! That IS an HD interface is it not?

Yes, a DigiLink license is included with Avid HD interfaces.
Having trouble finding your case, perhaps the OMNI was registered under a different name/email? Do you have a Case #?

Thanks for the reply jeffro. I didn't get a digilink license when I registered my omni. Also how do I see my hardware in my Avid account?
