Enable Attention Expand Knob functionality

Hi all -
I love using the Attention Expand knob functionality. However, is there an easy way using a modifier to toggle it on and off? For example on my M40 16 fader 5 knobs I typically have 8 VCAs that spill into 16 faders. I can then select any one of the tracks and have the EQ and DYN expand into my 2 knob modules. However, sometimes I want to see an overview of all of the pan or sends within that VCA spill. If I were to toggle out of the "enable attention expand knob zone" from the pref's page I can see what I'm after. I just wish that was easier...anyone else work like this or have found a work around? Eddie? Jeff? Any insight...Thanks!

Hi.

The default Soft Keys via the Extras page which lives on the right side of the Automation Module has dedicated switches to enable and disable both the Attention Expand Fader Zone and the Attention Expand Knob Zone. Look for little purple triangles.

Hey Jeff -

I think I got it! Is there any way to attach that command to one of the User buttons on the fader packs?

Also

I did some digging and found a thread that was similar to how I am working and wondered if any more thought was given to the workflow from the dev team?

Would be nice if a single press from the track attention triangle would expand and another press would disable the expand

Yes, when the track color switches have been added to be user customized you could certainly place those zone functions on them.
