Your Software Updates + Support Plan expires on Nov 04, 2019

Hi! I have a stupid question.

When I logged into my avid account on 2019.10.21 it showed me a remaining 44 days left, when it also showed that it expires on 4th of november. Today the 44 days melted down to 2 days.

I am a litte confused about the account.

When does the grace period start? Do I have time to renew ultimate 30 days starting at 4th of november or is it over and out at 4 november?(included the 30 days grace period)

November 4, 2019, is the expiration date of your upgrade and support plan for Pro Tools plan and you have a 30 days grace period after the plan expires to renew it for $399. If you missed the grace period you need to purchase the reinstatement plan for $999 to get the upgrades again.

I was confused about the wrong day left info that was given before.
