I've paid for tech support with regards to Sibelius and Pro Tools Drivers Not allowing Sibelius to "Initialize Playback system" and I payed sibelius tech support and their response after back and forth emails was it's a "Pro TOols Issue" You'll have to PAY FOR THEIR SUPPORT, and refused to refund me $30 to go buy Pro Tools SUpport. My company as well as myself have purchased thousands and thousands of dollars of avid equipment and software and they won't even take a minute to help me find out why Lion isn't working on my personal rig.
