Default Using jog wheel for editing w/ MC Transport

I feel foolish asking this, but I simply cannot figure this out. And I did search the forums before asking.

I'm using a MC Transport, with the latest firmware + Protools 10, mainly for editing sound for video. When I have my jog wheel mapped to scrub, and I stop on the area I want to edit, how do I drop the cursor at this point so I can start editing? Anything I do brings the playhead back to where it started before I begun using the jog wheel. I like scrub because it allows me to see the video as I scroll through. Am I using the wrong function type, or am I missing some command to drop the playhead correctly?

thanks so much!

Other functions on the Transport that you might find useful:

With surface shift enabled:

1 - Select previous clip
3 - Select next clip
2 - Move selection down a track
5 - Move selection up a track
4 - Trim Clip Start (with jogwheel according to nudge value)
6 - Trim Clip End (with jogwheel according to nudge value)
7 - Nudge Clip (with jogwheel)
9 - Nudge Clip content (with jogwheel)
8 - Adjust clip gain

- & + select previous/next nudge value increment

Hope that helps.
I thought sure this was the answer to my question, which is essentially the same. But I just looked, and I already had edit insertion follows scrub/shuttle enabled. I still don't see what the analogue of the mouse click would be.

Seems like this should be obvious, but it isn't.

I may have figured this out. See this thread.
