EuControl v3.3.2 won't open !

Hi everybody,

--MacBook Pro Retina under El Capitan with PT 12.4--

I'm just received a third hand MC Control v2 with EuControl v3.1 software.
I install EuControl v3.1 and all was working great : MC was recognize by the software and i was able to control itunes, finder, etc....

But i'm working on PT 12.4 and, to enable the Eucon Protocol, you need to have
at least EuControl v3.3.2. But the MC is already register on Avid (and i don't have the 1st owner contact) so i can't have the link from avid to download the EuControl v3.3.2 !

I finally find the software on the web (EuControl v3.3.2). So i install it but when it open, i have a error message "EUCON network connection is not found".
I don't understand because all is set properly : MC connected to my thunderbolt port which is manually set to a different IP adress (this configuration was working great under EuContol v3.1)

So do you know if it's not working because it's not the official software (find on the web) ?
Or is it because i'm not doing things in the good order ?

Please Help Me, i don't want to pay 59€ for an ASC code...
