render into 1 track
is there a way that i can render all of my tracks into 1 track so i can bring it up in my audio files?

You can do a bounce to disk or you can create a new audio track in your session and print your mix to that track.
This can be done by assigning the outputs of all your tracks to a bus and then assigning the input of that new audio track to the same bus. Then record arm and record.
