Cfnd.dll

Installed PT9 yesterday on Vaio laptop. Worked great, did 6 or 7 hours of tracking and editing, no problems Today tried to start and got can't find hardware error. Tried all I could think of, so uninstalled/reinstalled. Now get "A required DLL file CFnd.dll, was not found". Any guidance appreciated.
