What is this 'local' you are talking about? The iLok is the small dongle that holds your PT license asset. You need the ILM (iLok License Manager) software on all computers that you intend to run PT on.

Are you saying you have the iLok license authorized to one Mac, but want to use PT|First on your other Mac?

If that is the case you need to move the license from your authorized Mac into your iLok Account/Cloud

Then log in to the iLok Licence Manager on the computer you want to use and drag the license from the cloud onto the computer (in the left side bar)
