Does anyone know how to help, or at least who I should ask for help from? I already sent an email to the Digidesign tech support.

Click on the Support section link above, then on "iLok Authorization Info" in the Quick Links on the right side.

At the top of that page you'll find a link that will solve the problem:
Pop-up Authorization Messages - Trial Licenses - Removing Optional Plug-Ins & Software

Alright, I took care of the plug-in problem. I think I know what is wrong now with my authorization code. In my getting started booklet the code starts with DIGI0690, but I installed the Pro Tools 7.1.1 version that came bundled with my Digi002. Shouldn't my code start with DIGI0711?
