Big thumbs up for 8.0.4!

On a really positive note:
For a few days (5) we had some sort of pro tools stress test.
We must record a whole band (18 inputs), record the singers, and mix and master the whole musical. For the impossible deadline, we used only one session for record and mix.

While we are tracking the band and the singers, we used hardware buffer 32, than sometimes 64, just to see if it's disturbing or not. (not)
All tracks had eq and comps on them, two tl spaces provided the fx's for the band and the singers.

Now the love part begins.
We literally tortured pro tools 12-14 hours a day, and there wasn't even a hiccup! Mac osx 10.6.3 with pt8.0.4. with a digi003 factory
I know it's not broadway but in short, at the end:
-we have 80 minutes of material
-60 audio tracks
-85 playlists
-45 plugs
-all busses used

This is all on a core2duo 2.4ghz mac with 4gb of ram.

ps. Didn't experienced the solo bug.
