11R to Mesa fifty/fifty, reverb question

I'm running my 11R to a MB fifty/fifty through amp2 out.

My main outs are going to my monitors.

When i record in PT i run the complete rig, but when i play on my cabs (2 Rocktrons S112) i use the amp output.

I have to use the amp output instead of the rig output no cab, because even its on the Amp2 output, the cab is always on standby, even when i record. And the sound is just horrible then.

So i run amp2 as amp output. This is great, great sound, etc. But i want to use the reverb.
I do not get the signal after the amp, so no delay or reverb.

I'm thinking of buying a rack or pedal reverb, but i'm a bit puzzeld where to put it?

Do i need to put in the fx loop? Or just from the amp2 output to the reverb and then to the mesa? And if so, which cables do i need? Normal instrument cable?

Some help is needed :)
