Default Re: BASIC BOOM Question.. Please Help.

...and a related question: I have a couple of tracks that got a bit hosed during editing. They play just fine, but if I attempt to Consolidate Region for all pieces of the track(s), the audio gets fouled up around the splices.

Is there some way I can pipe the audio to a new Audio channel and record it there in one piece. I tried setting the output of the non-consolidatable track to a bus, then setting the input of a new audio track to that bus, but again I get no audio on the new track.

Thanks.

Did you record-enable the Audio track?

Did you crossfade all your splices?

That should work. Again, did you record-enable the Audio track?

Anybody have an idea?
Thanks!

Make sure the volume is up on the send - to do this as a shortcut, hold down the option key and click on the volume slider - it will snap to zero db.
