I have installed this software on my MacBook Pro running 7.3.1. I have authoized my ILOK and i see that this new software is on my ILOK. I have re-booted my computer (more than once). How come i don't see all the new things that the MPT is supposed to do? Mainly I need to see (and hear) 48 tracks of this session I am mixing, but I still get the old warning about how some of the voices won't be heard because of limited system, etc. I don't see SMACK, I don't see DINR. I can't hear 48 tracks. What's going on??

well...firstly there's no software on your iLok, the authorizations for the software are stored on the iLok.
You have to install the appropriate software. Some should be on your 7.3 install disc, others are available from the dowloads section of the Digi site.
In your case you need to install the MPTK, DINR, TL SPACE, Soundreplacer, Hybrid, and Smack.
You'll need ALL those authorizations on your iLok, not just the MPTK.

when I've done all that, how can I get my mp3-option authorized?

You get an iLok auth for that too. I think Digi did away with the card authorization for 7.4, or so I've heard. Call customer service and have them put the auth in your iLok account.
