Default Multi out in superior drummer 2

Hey,

I'm having some problems being able to get multi out from superior drummer 2to work.

Can someone explain to me how this is done?

I've downloaded some presets that have the multi out selected. I can only hear the bass. So I made several Aux tracks and assigned them using the plugin option under inputs and I can hear it all perfectly.

I can not record aux tracks of course, so I tried to create audio tracks and bus the aux tracks outs to the ins of the audio tracks, then my outs of my audio tracks to my main outs for monitoring. I do not hear anything and I get no activity on the audio tracks. What am I doing wrong?

Thanks all!

If you want to record the drums out to multiple audio tracks, create STEREO audio tracks and set those inputs just the same way you did the AUX tracks. Put them all in record and let it run(or switch to Input-Only monitoring to audition with Option-K). Just remember you must be in Auto-Input monitoring to actually record the audio.

You need to spend some time in the manual here. Auto-input is how you punch-in with Pro Tools so you can hear the audio on the track and at the moment you enter record(with a handy footswitch, maybe) you instantly start hearing the new audio(say if you are singing and replacing a part of a verse that you messed up on. Switching to Input-Only monitoring allows you to hear the new audio(like your drum sounds bused from SD) while in play mode(handy for auditioning while you edit the midi notes to get a perfect performance. If you forget and leave Input-Only monitoring on when you go to record, you won't get any sound or new audio on your new tracks.
