Default Native Instruments questions

I've just spent several frustrating hours trying to get Battery to work with Logic (I haven't tried Pro Tools yet) and have gotten thoroughly disappointing results. Notes not playing, notes distorting. I don't really know what it could be since everything else in my system works flawlessly, PT, Logic, EXSP, etc. I just upgraded from OS 9 to X.2.8 and am regretting it since Battery was working so well in OS 9. I also have Dynamo but haven't upgraded that yet (to Reaktor Session) because I heard it HAD ISSUES in OS X, and I also have B4 but haven't heard anything about that yet. Anyone have any input about what NI is doing. This really is sub-standard. If I had a slow machine I could see that there would be problems but I've got:

Dual 1.2 Ghz G4 Tower (800 mhz firewire model), 1.2 gigs of RAM, OS 10.2.8, Digi 001, a 2nd HD 60GB.

Nedorama, if you're reading this, I saw in another post that you said everything was going well for you with Battery. Could you give me a little info?

Thanks people

I can´t tell about th other but Battery RTAS on OSX works great for me!
There seem to be more issues with the AU Version.

The only thing that annoys me with Battery are the drag and drop Issues under OSX which seized to function correctly and I can´t rename cells it seems.

Besides that the RTAS version works rock stable and with low cpu drain. This is what I can tell.

best

On a related note, I'm interested in buying Battery and Kontakt for RTAS, but I can't seem to find any info on full versions on the NI site, all I've seen so far is the ability to download an update for OSX/RTAS. I haven't had a chance to go to any of the retailers lately, do you all reckon these updated boxed versions are now available in stores? I have a $500 cerificate for SamAsh, with the words "mmm...Kontakt RTAS..." written all over it.

Kontakt should be on the shelves by the end of November. Take your money and buy Kontakt.

you do know that when they do box the updated version, it's most likely gonna be on two CDs.

like, with B4, FM7, and Vokator, they have the original 1.0 full install CD, and a 1.1 and/or RTAS update patch CD. so it's no different from downloading from the site, really..
