No Input - MBox
I just purchased a new MBOX and installed ProTools 6.7 on my Dell Inspiron 8200 Laptop (1.4mg Intel Processor - 256 mg of RAM)
When I went to record enable track 1, it didn't show the Source 1-2 option on the Input. Thus, I'm unable to record. I was able to hear audio running through the Mbox on my headphones (before recording). Tried loading Protools on another system (Mac G4) and had the same issue. Any help would be much appreciated! |

Re: No Input - MBox
Hmm... might need to know just a little bit more about both of the systems and their specs, but with that low of ram on the Dell for starters it might do weird things. With 6.7 I think that it requires a "minimum" of 384 megs of ram if you look at the Compato List Other than that, does the MBox light up when you plug it into the USB ports on either machine? What type of chipset are you running on the Dell also btw?
