Can't renew my Protools/iLok Account
I let my subscription run out last year. I want to renew it. My iLok is linked, my download center is linked. I have an active Annual education subscription, but there's something wrong with the liscensing and my iLok. I'm using the same iLok that I had running since 8/26/17.
How do I get my iLok and renewed subscription to connect with each other?

An expired subscription can't be renewed, you can simply start again with a new subscription (or new EDU subscription if you qualify).
