Record the track with the inserted MelodynePlugIn to a new audio-track.
To do so, simply select new track... in the Audio Output Path selector.

Hi. Thanks for the reply. I did not fully understand, but this is what i did.

Created new mono track. Routed the Tuned vocal via the mixer I/O to the new track and recorded the tuned vocal to the new track.

Does that sound correct? Thanks

That's correct. Create a new mono audio track, route the output from the track with Melodyne on it to the input of the new mono track, record arm the new mono track, record. I usually make the Melodyne track inactive and hide it afterwards, just in case I want to go back and tweak later on.

Just in case anyone is still interested in this topic, I have made a video that shows an even smoother way of printing Melodyne then anyone has mentioned yet.

Having used Melodyne for several years, this video points out one obvious fact I had overlooked -- that Melodyne plays back its own audio (once it's been transferred into Melodyne) not the audio that's on the track itself. So moving the plugin to another track will have it play back the changed audio. Brilliant!

Making your edits in the standalone version lets you save all your edits as a separate file too, that you can import to your session later. I know it's nice to edit against the rest of the track, but sometimes that isn't necessary.
