Default Good workflow for recording clips

I am a first-time pro tools user and am using it to record a number of audio clips for a video game. I have been struggling, mostly with exporting the clips.

I have a raw recording and a recording that is processed through an aux that has a number inserts active on it.

What would be the best, non-destructive way to export individual clips from my recording?

In the timeline select the clip/clips you want to export, that will automatically select them in the Clips window on the right (look for a little arrow in the down right corner if it's hidden), right click the selection and choose Export Clips as Files.

That works great, thanks, but it is not entirely what I am looking for.

What if after importing the clip into my game, I want to make adjustments to the filters that were used? Would I have to create the clips all over again?

Yes.
That's how audio processing works unless the "filters" are part of the game engine. Then you need to apply them there (and adjust them there)
