Best way to legally sell PT Perpetual License?

FS: Pro Tools Perpetual Bundle with 12 month upgrade and support plan (expires 1/3/19)
I purchased this “used” license with a new iLok key (version 3) a couple of months ago. My situation has changed and I would like to re-sell it. What is the proper way to do this?

The AVID site says to complete a Transfer of Ownership form accompanied with a $39.95 support case fee. But my iLok account says the license cannot be transferred.

Will this work?
*Deactivate the iLok licenses.
*Remove all personal info and provide the buyer with the credentials to both
the AVID and iLok accounts.
*Send the iLok USB key to the buyer

If you use the TOO as you should then Avid will transfer the license, not you hence it is locked for users.

So do the TOO and fill out correctly and then you will be able to sell legally and hassle free.
