Default Analog inputs 9-16 showing up in Hardware, not in I/O?
Got an HD system with two 192s... First 192 has two AD cards in and they are both seen by the Hardware menu. But inputs 9-16 do not show up in the I/O menu. It's not a huge deal since we can use inputs 1-8 on the 2nd 192 but why have 'em if we can't use 'em? Anyone have any ideas to get 'em to show up and be patchable?

do they have paths defined in the I/O Set Up menu?

Nope, the only options for creating paths is to analog 1-8 and then after that it goes to digital in 1-8 for the 9-16 inputs.

Did you try to push the default button? (in the I/O setup)

and you can not click on the input box in the I/O Set Up to activate/assign the type?

you try blowing away your DAE pref file and rebuilding it?

Nope, hadn't tried that yet. Good suggestion... I'll try that next time I'm in the studio.
