BIOS Post: 7F Msg: Disp Error
As a follow-up to my previous post (where the DD will not power on when the front power button is pressed) I removed the top cover to look and see if there was a blown fuse. While, I didn't find a fuse, I did re-seat the 3V battery. Then, suddenly, when I plugged the unit back in, it started!! However, after a few inits on the display screen, it gave the following message:
BIOS Post: 7F Msg: Disp Error Does this mean replacing the 3V battery will fix the issue? Have anyone ever experienced this? Do DD's just simply die after time even if they're not in use? Thanks! |
