Hold the N key while opening Pro Tools. In the popup window, choose the Avid interface as your audio engine.

I have PT8 on my mac mini with maudio2 and AVID told me I could order PT9 Crossgrade to use on my windows7 laptop without the maudio all I need is an iLock which I purchased and installed successfully!

I had order PT9 online last June/2011 and because of an error ontheir site at the time I was unable to download my pr-paid PT9 so I gave up after weeks of trying! I could get absolutly no support from AVID!

Only now I demanded my money back or for them to send me the disc version! they gave neither stating it is their policy not to accept returns! The Fools! I didn't even receive my paid for program!

...and even now I find I would have to pay in order to get support! Oh never again would I have anything to do with this company nor the products!!! There is great software out there and companies that offer great support! AVID Stinks!!!!
