New Dock.... flakey right side buttons
Just took delivery of a new Dock and low and behold, the lights on the right side buttons, flicker and disappear making their stars unknown.. Grrr.
Not a great start. Also, how do you get the lightning connector into the iPad? I've got a 2017 iPad that justifies, but the older one definitely does not fit... Who is the genius that cam up with that design?? Not happy!!

Hi Eddie,
Yes loose board is what I thought too. The model iPad that doesn't fit is Model A1458 (It's lightning port equipped).

Great thanks. I know this wont look nice but have you tried the adapter so it leans forward a bit and the wire can pass over the front between the knobs? I know this doesn't help but it does list the supported iPads under the specifications http://www.avid.com/products/pro-too...specifications

I have thanks Eddie. Unfortunately it's getting too high and hindering my of a monitor when the adapter is used.
I have ordered a 90 degree lightning adapter, so will see how that goes. In the meantime, I'm using my 2017 iPad (it's just that I have that one normally setup for a bunch of other things. Cheers, Matt
