I'm currently running OS w 10.2.8 and want to upgarde to 10.3.4 or later to use an iPod on the computer. If I do this must I then upgrade my Protools LE 6.0, or will it work with OSx 10.3.4?

Yes, you'll need download an update, check the compatibility pages for the correct version.

So - to confirm what you are saying, I checked the Compatability pages and it seems to say that MacOS x 10.3.4 will work with Pro Tools LE 6.4. Am I reading that correctly?

Yup, 10.3.4 is fine.

PTLE 6.4 CS9 will work flawlessly on 10.3.9, too. BUt you should stay away from Quicktime 7.x.
