Splitting 5.1 to Mono
Just ran into this today:
To correct something on the centre channel only, I had to split a 5.1 into mono tracks. L,C,R,Ls,Rs were all fine; BUT: LFE is routed to C, with the Lf fader closed! Opening the Lf fader then routed to C AND Lf. Only workaround was to un-route the Lf track, and give it a send to the .1 channel. The target was a bus with all sub-paths; it should have been able to find the Lf sub-path. Is this a bug or a mistake? Cheers Florian PT 7.3.1 cs5, HD6 |
