Default Missing Strike setting

So, there is another posting up here about some missing Strike settings, but the user was able to correct his problem and I don't think its quite the same as mine...

I just recently purchased strike on ebay. Since it was just an iLok transfer i paid the $20 and got the strike expansion pack.. Everything is installed and in proper working order, except just a couple things. A couple of my presets just simply aren't working...

for example "RocknRoll 160" is listed but loads nothing.

same with Vin Kick from the Kits folder under kick drums.

I'm not sure exactly what the problem is, but I was wondering if anyone else is experiencing this...

I'm running 10.4.11, PT7.3.1, MacBook 1.83, 2GB
