Poor Sales Service From Digital Audio Denmark (DAD)
Hopefully someone can help me out with this...
We ordered a M.O.M controller 3 weeks ago from Digital Audio Denmark (DAD), after weeks of emails, phone calls & Skype calls we are yet to receive even shipping confirmation????? Has anyone else experienced this poor service from them? |

We have been dealing with the local agent ( Pro Direct ).
Our local agent has been experiencing the same delays, lack of communication etc. |

Hi Marti,
I am aware of IBC, however the unit was ordered and paid for more than 3 weeks ago. And since then, the local agent and myself have had either no communication from DAD or just excuses about why the unit has not shipped. Also, surely as a pro audio supplier a trade show cannot prevent your business from normal trade. Will try follow up directly again today. |
