Default USB PCI-e Card Pro Tools Compatible

Hello

I'm considering to buy a USB PCI-e Card dedicated for the midi interface or midi devices, I think this could improve the performances/stability, also because the midi interface is connected with a 5mt Lindy USB cable and because I have a lot of USBs for licenses and so on

Which should I buy? Always SIIG? Anything cheaper that works at the same level?

Thanks
