Lost MP3 authorization after upgrading to PT8Le and Leopard

I installed MPTK 2 under Tiger10.4.11 und after installing Leopard in order to
run Pro tools Le 8 I lost my MP3 authorization which I purchased back when I had Version 7. The licence is not on my ilok. I received a receipt at the time(which I cannot find!). Can the Digi people please help me retrive my
authorization code. It is not registered on My digi account.

Similar thing happened to me but I had my authorization code in my paperwork. I believe you still must have registered another product that had mp3 as optional plug and I hope digi can sort out for you. I think everyone that had mp3 option before it was able to be on ilok should recieve a ilok asset for mp3 so we don't have to go through this time and time again

You can log into your account on the Digistore and view the purchase details to retrieve your code.
